Where It All Begins

The mountains
remember
everything.

In the mountains of Benguet, coffee is more than a crop. It is memory, livelihood, and ritual. All shaped by cool air, rich soil, and generations of farming families who know the land by heart.

Every cup begins there: in Philippine soil, in patient harvests, and in the quiet work of people carrying tradition forward.

The Ritual

Brew your moment.
Make it yours.

Good coffee begins before the first sip. Grind fresh, brew with care, and give the moment a little room to unfold. Whether you use a coffee maker or pour-over, our guide will help you bring out the best in every cup.

  1. Grind Fresh

Whole beans keep their flavor longer. Grind just before brewing for the freshest cup.

  2. Find Your Ratio

Start with 10g per 6oz cup, or try 22g coffee to 352g water for pour-over.

  3. Brew Your Way

Use a coffee maker for ease, or slow down with a pour-over ritual.

Community & Impact

Every cup carries
a community.

Our coffee is sourced from our friends at Kalsada Coffee. They have been developing and managing operations in the farming community of Sitio Belis for more than 10 years. Through Kalsada’s work, farming partners have been able to reinvest into their farms, improve their homes, and send their kids to school, with more and more next-generation farmers being able to finish tertiary education.
